So you have your goal and you are working consistently and persistently towards it for a little while and then you just stop. It is so much harder to start over again then it is to just keep steadily moving forward, so what happened? Why did you end the progress you were making?
You may be experiencing some adversity in your life which is taking your focus away from your goal. Yes, when things go wrong, you have to make them right again, but you don't have to lose your focus. Whatever the problem is, it may take up most of your time and your concentration, but you can still at least remember that your goal is still your ultimate focus. It is ok if you have to back off a little from the action steps, just don't stop all together.
If you goal is powerful enough, it should be easier for you to stay focused and on task. You should be very emotionally involved with your goal, to the point that you have a 'do whatever it takes' committment to reach it. Unless you want it bad enough, life's struggles will stop you dead in your tracks everytime.
If you want it bad enough, you will make sure that you get it. You will be more powerful than any circumstances in your life. So the question is, How bad do you want it?
